Strapping machine
The machine is fully automated and is designed to hold square packs, rectangular packs, pipes and round bundles of medium and large dimensions, by means of a tight strap loop measuring 32×0.8 mm, closed by means of a controlled electronic welding system. It can also be customised for non-standard applications or for the use of straps with different sizes.
The supply includes the hydraulic power plant, the power electrical panel with PLC and an HMI control panel.
Among the accessories available, we offer a motorised decoiler capable of housing strap coils of various sizes, from Ribbon formats to Jumbo coils.
There are also several models available for those who need strapping systems with stapling or with a PP strap.
