The machine is fully automated and it is suitable for binding brass skeins with a simple tight turn of annealed wire with a diameter of 3 or 4 mm and can be customised for non-standard applications. The supply includes the hydraulic power plant, electrical power panel with PLC and control panel with HMI.
At the customer’s request, the machine can use a 3 or 4 mm brass or copper binding wire that must be tested and approved.
This model can be equipped with an automatic labelling system.
