The machine is fully automatic and is designed to tie round bundles of small and medium size by a simple tight turn of annealed 2.5 or 4 mm wire. It can also be customised for non-standard applications.
This state-of-the-art version comes in two configurations: 100% electric or electro-pneumatic, depending on the customer’s needs. It is equipped with an innovative double wire feeding system that allows the alternating use of 2.5 and 4 mm diameters, automatically selected through default settings based on the size of the bundle to be tied. On request, the machine can also be supplied with 4mm single wire feed.
The supply includes the power electrical panel with PLC and HMI control panel. The model can also be equipped with an automatic labelling system.
