Privacy policy for the processing of personal data – Informational document pursuant to Article 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30 June 2003 and Article 13 of the new European Regulation 2016/679, hereinafter referred to as “G.D.P.R.”
In compliance with Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30 June 2003 (Privacy Code) and subsequent amendments, we hereby provide the required information regarding the processing of your personal data. This policy does not apply to other websites that may be accessed via links found on websites under the owner’s domain; the owner shall in no way be held responsible for third-party websites. This notice is also issued pursuant to Article 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 – Code regarding the protection of personal data – and Article 13 of the G.D.P.R. The policy also takes into account Recommendation no. 2/2001, adopted on 17 May 2001 by the European data protection authorities gathered within the Working Party established under Article 29 of Directive 95/46/EC, which sets out minimum requirements for the online collection of personal data – in particular the manner, timing and nature of the information that data controllers must provide to users when they connect to web pages, regardless of the purpose of the connection – as well as the provisions of Directive 2002/58/EC, as amended by Directive 2009/136/EC, on cookies.

Processing activities related to the web services of this website are carried out at the company’s registered office, as Data Controller, and are handled exclusively by its own staff members appointed as data processors, or by external parties engaged for maintenance or update operations on the website pages.

3. PURPOSES OF PROCESSING

Pursuant to the same articles, you have the right to request the erasure, anonymisation or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, as well as to object at any time, on legitimate grounds, to their processing.
8. CHANGES TO THE PRIVACY POLICY
The data controller reserves the right to modify, update, add to or remove parts of this privacy policy at its own discretion and at any time. Data subjects are required to periodically check for any changes. To facilitate this, the policy will indicate the date on which it was last updated. Continued use of the website following the publication of any changes will constitute acceptance of those changes.
