PGT B

General features

 

The PGT-B bending machine is designed to bend large 2-tonne bundles in one work cycle along with the LQTE-Y-DG binding machine, which positions two bindings at the ends of the bundle once it has been bent.

A gear motor moves the bending arm which, when lined up with runner tracks, processes the bundle with a 180° closure operation.

Once bending has been completed, a clamping lever on the bundle enables the bending arm to be re-opened and at the same time the LQTE-Y-DG binding cycle commences.

In this setup the system keeps production times to a minimum, which are approximately 23 seconds.

The electrical, electronic and hydraulic components used to construct the machines come from leading international manufacturers.
